The Business of Beer: Entrepreneurship, Growth, and Community

Join us for a conversation with Jack Parker, founder of Lambert's Beer, a NYC mid-strength beer company. Jack spent years in the alcohol industry, including stints at Mikkeller NYC and a run as Director of Sales at EBBS Brewing, before going back to school for his MBA and eventually launching Lambert's. Expect the real version of the founder story, plus a wider conversation about how we got to the beer we drink now. This is a moderated discussion, not a lecture, so expect a real conversation with plenty of room for audience questions throughout. Café X is a series of small, intimate speaker nights at neighborhood cafés. One speaker, one topic, 20 to 40 curious people. Think of it as a new kind of night out.
